I want to show the world my people and my society. Like everyone else, Afghans want a good life and they want to be a part of the world community. Afghan children are the most affected members of society. The war has destroyed everything for them. They are not members of extremist political parties. They are not fighters. They are not terrorists. Yet they have lost everything in Afghanistan. Afghan children yearn for their childhood. Like other children they want parents and they desire a good education. I want to show that children are a major part of society and, despite all the horrors surrounding them, they are doing their best to rebuild their lives.
